What exactly is the PF 30-Minute Express Circuit, and how does it work?
The PF 30-Minute Express Circuit contains ten stations for strength training and ten for cardiovascular step training. You are free to begin at any point along the circuit, but you must go in the order shown. The course uses a green light/red light operating mechanism to function. When the light changes to green, you immediately begin your exercise routine for a minute. When this period has passed, the light will turn red thirty times (cue to cease exercising and move on). You will have finished the circuit and gotten a full-body exercise when the timer goes off at the end of thirty minutes.
